The Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC) is a not-for-profit sector council dedicated to creating a diverse, prepared and highly educated Canadian iT industry and workforce. ICTC achieves its goals by focusing on five programs:
ICTC Standards program offers effective human resource reference tools for iT professionals and companies.
ICTC's Labour Market Intelligence program is a recognized leader in providing accurate data, analysis and forecasting on labour market intelligence for iT human resource issues.
ICTC's Career Pathways program explores the career possibilities in Canada's iT sector, and is dedicated to presenting an accurate picture of the sector's exciting and diverse opportunities.
ICTC's Immigration Initiatives program promotes a strong and ongoing supply of highly skilled iT workers which Canada requires to maintain or exceed its current level of competition in the global iT market.
ICTC's Partnership program provides ICTC with input, guidance and direction from iT companies to help solve the HR supply challenge facing the iT sector in Canada.
